Audit Topical Issues

This session combines some of the topics from our current audit courses and will include:

• Some practical implications of the revised ISA 315, looking at examples on how to tackle complex and non-complex IT environments and designing audit procedures over client generated reports, including spreadsheets.
• Guidance on making the root cause analysis process effective in driving improvements in audit work which will aid efficiency and avoid regulatory issues.
• How audit data analytics can be applied on audit engagements and best practice considerations regarding how to document its use on an audit file.
