• Making decisions effectively, by using prioritisation tools such as the urgent/important matrix. How to combat time stealers and procrastination.
• How to make decisions individually and as a group using tools such as the decision-making matrix.
• Problem solving, analysing the problem, identifying likely causes and defining the actual cause, frameworks for problems solving including a SWOT analysis.
