This tutor led practical workshop will equip students with the essential skills required for their third year as a trainee. 

Contents

• Preparing to delegate to others, recognising the benefits of delegation and how to overcome our reluctance to delegate.
• Constructive feedback models such as SBI and STAR, and tips on giving and receiving feedback.
• How to review the work of others, the importance of reviewing work and timely feedback, the review approach and common errors.
• Presenting your findings with confidence including preparation, planning, writing and considering your audience, also tips on how to practice.
